Miya Edwards is a twenty-eight year old writer and photographer from the Palouse - a gorgeous area of the northwestern United States bountiful with farmland and rolling hills. She started Something Positive to focus on aspects of human kindness and generosity in a time rampant with negative media. She has a bachelor's degree in English, and lives in a little yellow house with her husband and their two cats. When not writing or working, Miya enjoys lounging around with a good book, yarn and needle crafts, and playing video games.
